The Most Interesting Fighting Match

Being a fighting game aficionado, I have seen numerous funny things which happened inside the ring, but despite this, the video which was posted below is probably one of the most interesting and unbelievable moments I have seen during a fighting match.

The two fighters were in the middle of a crucial moment which can determine who will be the one to win the match.  At the same time, the two of them released a hard blow to each other, and interestingly as it may sound, both of them fell down to the ground.

In such special case this, I wonder if there will be a winner because apparently both of them were knocked out.  Will it be based on who threw the most numbers of punches and kicks?  Or is it possible that both of them will be declared winners for knocking out each other?  Or will it be funnier if the referee will declare them both losers because they were both knocked out?

Silly thought.
