The Controversial Doll of Fisher-Price

Few months ago, there has been a huge controversy about a Fisher-Price doll that speaks something which is considered by many parents as very inappropriate.  According to some consumers who bought it, the baby doll does not coo, cry, or say mama, as what the label states on the box.  Instead, it says, “Islam is the light.”

When this controversy erupted, Fisher-Price initially released a statement saying it will not pull out the baby dolls.  However, the company later decided to announce a product recall and pulled out the toys from the shelves.
