Sandra Bullock said she is planning to file for a divorce six weeks after keeping out of the public’s eye.  Few months ago, a tattoo artist has revealed that she and Sandra’s husband Jesse James had an affair which lasted for at least a year.

In an interview with People Magazine, Sandra also said that she has adopted a baby and plans to rear it without her estranged husband who has recently admitted of being unfaithful to her.

Meanwhile, Sandra admitted that she was scared with the thought of being a single mom, but later said that her adopted son is perfect.  However, it seems that she has made up her mind to end up her five-year marriage to Jesse James.

After technology site Gizmodo has reported that it has acquired the newest iPhone version which is not yet on the market, Apple Inc. immediately demanded the site to return the device.

According to Gizmodo editor, the iPhone was allegedly left in a bar and was later found by a customer who handed down the smartphone to the technology site.  The editor has admitted that they gave $5,000 to the person who had found the device.

Meanwhile, the editor reiterated that the iPhone is real with its new features including the one that will allow users to do Skype and video chatting.

However, some experts believe that Apple has planned the whole incident to create a stir and make their new version of iPhone the talk of the town.

After a plane crash has killed Polish President Lech Kaczynski, including his wife and top government and military officials, the country observed a two-minute silence on Sunday which was marked by sounds of sirens.

Tens of thousands of people went to the streets of Warsaw and other cities to pay respect to the late President.  According to reports, the plane crashed near the Russian city of Smolensk, killing 98 passengers, including high-ranking officials of Poland.

Actress Lindsay Lohan has recently filed a lawsuit against a company who used the name “Lindsay” in one of the characters in a Super Bowl commercial.

The actress claimed that “Lindsay” is a single-name recognition like Madonna and Oprah, adding that the company has violated her privacy right.  However, a survey shows that her name is 380th most popular baby name in the US, a fact which may weaken her suit.

But still, the celebrity insists that the baby in the milk commercial has the same traits and characters almost comparable to her.  However, some people think that the personality of the baby is way different from the celebrity which has been known for several cases of drunk driving.

Despite some of her detractors, the actress is seeking a total of $100 million damages against E*Trade which has created the commercial.

The cat weighs more than 40 lbs. which is surprising since its weight is more than twice the normal–a clear manifestation that the animal is morbidly obese.

Of course, the commercial has a “feel good” ending by showing Mr. Burns feeling ok after drinking Coke.
