Pabst—The Ugliest Dog in US

Last week, a boxer-mix with a protruding jaw was announced as the ugliest dog in the US, beating all other weird-looking contestants.

Pabst has a floppy ears, prominent under-bite, and creased face—all features that made it the fairest, erh, winner of the annual World’s Ugliest Dog contest held in Northern California.

As a winner, Pabst’s owner received $1,600 prize, pet supplies, and a prestigious modeling contract with House of Dog.  (Apart from all the media hype the dog is receiving nowadays.)

Meanwhile, some people think that Pabst is not as ugly unlike last year’s winner which was hairless, with dangling tongue, weird patches on its body, and a maw hawk.  However, Pabst’s owner said that perhaps the judges were looking for something unique, not particularly ugly.
