Lindsay Files Lawsuit Against Company for Using Her Name

Actress Lindsay Lohan has recently filed a lawsuit against a company who used the name “Lindsay” in one of the characters in a Super Bowl commercial.

The actress claimed that “Lindsay” is a single-name recognition like Madonna and Oprah, adding that the company has violated her privacy right.  However, a survey shows that her name is 380th most popular baby name in the US, a fact which may weaken her suit.

But still, the celebrity insists that the baby in the milk commercial has the same traits and characters almost comparable to her.  However, some people think that the personality of the baby is way different from the celebrity which has been known for several cases of drunk driving.

Despite some of her detractors, the actress is seeking a total of $100 million damages against E*Trade which has created the commercial.
