Funniest Arrest

This video shows probably the funniest arrest in the United States.

It began when a police officer arrested a man believed to be driving under the influence of alcohol.  While this may appear like another case of reckless and drunk driving, it turned out to be a comical situation when the suspect started shouting to the police that his “nuts” were itching like hell.

The police ignored the man and continued to read the statement protocol.  Meanwhile, the drunk driver, with his hands cuffed behind his back, was already begging the police officer to scratch his itching nuts which apparently became intolerable.

The funny thing about this video is that the police is trying to compose himself despite the comical situation.  But in one instant, viewers can hear the officer’s repressed chuckle while the suspect is begging him to scratch the area where it was itching.
