Biggest Baby Born in Indonesia

Sumatra, Indonesia—A mother has given birth to a giant baby boy who weighs more than 19 lbs., much heavier compared to most infants.  According to doctors, the average weight of babies is 5 lbs. to 6 lbs.

While the baby from Indonesia is three times heavier than normal, he is not the heaviest in the world.  Few decades ago, a baby was born that weighs more than 23 lbs.

Doctors said the baby grew inside his mother’s womb at an abnormal size since he received too much glucose.  This is because the mother is suffering from diabetes which makes her body unable to process glucose.

According to reports, the baby is in healthy condition.
